A sublime offering from the highly talented organ trio of Scotsman Jim Mullen (guitar), Mike Gorman (organ) and Matt Skelton (drums). This is an eclectic mix of originals and covers, a true to the original rendition of Steely Dan's 'Aja', Bacharach's 'Walk On By', new tunes, including the title track by organist Mike Gorman, Mullen's Burns inspired The White Cockade (see also my reveiew of the Mullen 'Burns' album), all faultlessly played, the recorded sound is warm and inviting and the musicianship second to none. If you've seen them live, the recording is equally as outstanding.
