I'm an A level student in Hertfordshire, and i bought this book hoping it will help me revise the whole of A2. I was wrong.
For starters it doesn't go into detail for any of the glacial landforms, and has about half a page on Fluvioglaciation. Don't get me started on Periglaciaion.
Now for those of you who are more interested in Human geography, then this book is DEFINITELY NOT for you. I couldn't find one page at all that had anything to do with what i have been learning. Fordism, Weber's location theory, case studies.....nothing.
I recommend getting Philip Alan books. There are 3 books for A level, one human one physical and one for synoptic. Superb, and only 6 each.
Hope i helped. Regards, Declan.

This series of Letts revision guides is one of the best I've found, containing information on all the major Geography syllabuses (AQA A and B, OCR A and B, Edexcel A and B, WJEC and NICCEA) as well as showing what information is relevant to each syllabus in the main body of the book. With plenty of diagrams and notes the guide contains all you need to know as well as supplementing content with case studies and evaluation hints. There is also a section on how to answer questions in their various forms.I really do recommend this guide as it has all you need to know in a good length, well presented book. I used it, and I did OK!
