This book provides a solid grounding in Plant Diversity and Evolution and consolidates themes developed in the marvellous Diversity and Evolution of Land Plants (Ingrouille). Anyone looking for a well written, beautifully presented discussion on plant diversity will find this book a real treat. A rich source of information on the lives, uses and interactions of plants is enhanced with detailed drawings, colour photographs and a palpable passion for this stimulating subject. Extremely enjoyable!
